We have visited TRENTIOS website, it seems that they do not “update” anymore portable aircons or multi-split aircon system. 

However, under their parent company Trends, they have another brand name called AVOLTA.

This means all AVOLTA products fall under the same support and customer service center as TRENTIOS.
