Very pleased with iAircon for their professional and honest work. Upon inspection they found out one of the aircon didn't need overhaul. And they also fixed up our outdoor unit. Less charge overall. Our aircons are definitely cool again now. Thank you iAircon. Highly recommended.

Engaged iAircon for fault findings and cleaning. Very professional. First timer charged at $20 per unit for basic cleaning. Additional cost applies for more detail wash. Give it a try. I have no regrets.

I must give Iaircon 10 star review. Never in my lifetime I met such a good aircon service team. I make an appointment with them on 1 April. However they met an car accident otw to my place. I was upset as my aircon was leaking water and I tok that they will push away my appointment. However I was surprise that the boss came down alone right after he settled the accident. I felt very bad for the tone I gave him. Thanks again for sure a good service.

It is the year end with some free time on hand. I decided to try my luck and get my aircon serviced. Came across the good review of iAircon and was very pleased that I can just book their service on line. Booked appt online on Xmas eve and they came punctually on the 27th! The technicians are very pleasant and professional. Told me some works which I have booked them for were not required - professional! Gave me a service report and I made payment via Scan and Pay. I have 4 units in my apt and they are done in less than an hour. I will definitely contact them for their service again.

The best experience with an aircon service company so far. They took the time to explain and gave tips on aircon maintenance. They were efficient and professional. It took about an hour for their service as I had 5 units. I did a jet wash with one of the units and it proved to be critical. They even made a short video to sum up the service experience. Brightened up my day. I definitely recommend them...

After we had the servicing two weeks ago, one of the units stops working (due to the aging condenser problem, not related to the serving). We called them and great to see prompt response to come by on the same day. A thumb up and will sign the annual contract.

Eric and partner did a superb job. They provided above expectation air-conditioners services - from troubleshooting issue to cleaning the units. They did them meticulously. In addition, they are honest and patient in explaining the situation. Last and absolutely not least, they provide after service guarantee, which I happened to use it as one of my unit has underlying issue. Highly recommended iAircon as I myself will continue engage them for future air-conditioners servicing. Keep it up, iAircon!

Just had my aircon serviced last weekend for the first time in three years. Eric and team came on time and worked meticulously and efficiently like a well oiled machine. Love that Eric prescribed only what’s needed and does not slap on unnecessary cleaning to “pad the bill”. Recommend their service unreservedly and will most definitely use them again in future.

Got to know them through Google. They came on time, did what they were supposed to do and didn’t overcharge us. Ultimately after their service was over, the aircon units in all 3 rooms in my 5-room flat ran superbly. On top of all of that, they even offered some friendly advice on the care and maintenance of air-conditioning units. 6/5. Would trust them to take pictures of my cat’s broken leg again... 😉

Best service ever! Prompt and clear communication, efficient work, and very thorough! My aircons haven't been serviced in more than one year, so these guys had to do an overhaul. Prompt reply and excellent service. Glad that I was able to get a slot the next day otherwise with the current weather, it is certainly disastrous to survive the night without air con. My air con unit was not blowing cold air and they did a change of the capacitor and even video down the whole process. I was amazed by it! Will definitely engage them back again for servicing and will introduce to my friends.

I have never know what was going on when my air conditioning unit was being serviced in the past. iAircon's technicians were different. I was at work, so they took videos of the whole cleaning process, testing and also cleaned up my place once they were done. They also sent me a whatsapp this morning on how the air conditioning unit was last night. I am really impressed!

We saw the advertisement in Instagram. My first experience to finally see the correct way of aircon servicing. The guys are patient and honest to inform us about the problem with our compressor and they solve the problem immediately. Very happy. Very satisfied. Very impresssed. Very clean. Engaged Eric professional air-con servicing to signing up an annual maintenance with iAircon. iAircon is always there when our air-con is acting up on us. They provide professional and reasonable advise for our repairs and always maintaining our air-con unit so clean. Excellent servicing & experience. I was referred by my sister and we are both regular customers now. My units were leaking badly even after serviced by other companies. None of them were able to resolve my water leaking problems except iAircon, it was an exceptional experience. Staff were courteous & friendly too! Eric provides responsible Aircon services as he looks into the interests of the customers first before the business interests. My old air con compressor has a major breakdown which resulted the air con to remains warm even at 16C. I sought another vendor opinion and was quoted a $3K compressor replacement option. However, after I was referred to Eric (during the Chinese New Year holidays period), Eric gave me his professional advices and came down on site straight after the holidays period. After his assessment, he revived the compressor and repaired it. The repair costs came down significantly and the air con temperature reverted to normal. As a satisfied customer, I will strongly recommend Eric and iAircon to others. Thanks!
